Credit Union Bay Area Executive Coalition (CUBAEC)

Founded eight years ago, CUBAEC is a successful networking group for Credit Union CEO’s with credit unions mostly under $250 million in assets. The majority of members are located in the Northern California/Central Valley/San Francisco Bay Area.


CUBAEC is 60 Credit Union CEOs strong. Combined, our credit unions hold almost $2.4 billion in assets and serve almost 243,000 members. Meetings take place, usually every other month, in Oakland, California.

The primary focuses of the Credit Union Bay Area Executive Coalition are:

  • To provide networking opportunities (problem solving and information exchange) for our members.
  • To provide effective educational opportunities on topics of interest to group members.
  • To facilitate the generation and exchange of ideas related to the business of running a credit union.

Our target membership is:

  • CEOs and senior CU staff members of credit unions up to $250 million from the greater Bay Area.
